With an experience of more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Lalit Kumar Giria stands today as the esteemed mentor of the Group. A man of many talents, he has a rich history of working on a diversified range of projects, covering each and every aspect of the industry: sales, marketing and procurement of projects from individual land owners to corporate companies. A specialist in land bank development and procurement of projects, Mr. Lalit Kumar Giria has been the prime inspiring force in the Group’s success.
Mr. Harish Giria - Director
He’s the dynamic face of our tomorrows. As a 2nd generation entrepreneur, Mr Harish Giria brings in lofty visions, relentless energy and sharp perceptions about the needs of the modern consumer. He is a multi-talented individual and a sharp task master, which equips him with the ability of being at the forefront of leading the company into a new era. His infectious enthusiasm and can-do mindset inspires the confidence of the group employees as well as his mentors.
Mr. Sagar Giria - Director
A master planner, with an eye for design, Mr Sagar Giria wears multiple hats in our organization. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, he handles the financials of the Group. At the same time, he is involved in site coordination and architectural design as well. He believes that perfection in building design and workmanship comes only when there is perfection in the planning and decision making. His customer centric ideals are an added asset in aligning our work with their needs.
